Qspec Building and Mobility is a mobility specific building company specialising in major and minor home modifications for people with mobility and access needs.
We deliver on the clinical prescriptions of Health Professionals and create safe and independent solutions for clients on a daily basis. Qspec’s name is synonymous with home modifications and we are proud to assist thousands of ageing and disabled clients each year to stay in their own home and re-gain some independence in their daily living.

Company History and Our People
Qspec was established by Managing Director Ryan Quade with the aim from the outset to be a service provider not just a building company. A licensed Builder with over 18 years experience, Ryan is well equipped to offer advice and expertise in the area of home modifications. Ryan manages a team of licensed trade professionals and is supported by qualified office staff at the Qspec Headquarters in Maroochydore. The Qspec team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of Queenslanders and pride themselves on high quality work and exceptional communication.
